Meet your CTE 2026 Keynote Speakers!
Arianna Molloy
Dr. Arianna Molloy (Ph.D., University of Denver, CO) is an Associate Professor of Organizational Communication in the Division of Communication at Biola University, CA. Dr. Molloy’s research focuses on meaningful work, work as a calling, and the connection between humility and burnout in the workplace. She is an award-winning teacher and scholar, published in premier Her first book, Healthy Calling: From Toxic Burnout to Sustainable Work, is available in paperback, kindle, and audio options.
In addition to being an active speaker in academic settings, Dr. Molloy works as a consultant for organizations, business professionals, and ministries. Dr. Molloy is originally from Seattle, Washington and is married to Dr. Allen Yeh, a professor of Intercultural Studies. They enjoy running half marathons, traveling the world, and drinking good coffee. They have one young son and one ragdoll cat.
Chris Pace
Chris Pace is a dynamic speaker and author who empowers people to shift from where they have potential to where they are potent. He is the Director of Discipleship at Messenger International, a ministry founded by John and Lisa Bevere, where he has served for more than two decades. Originally from the land down under, Chris lives in Nashville, Tennessee, where he enjoys making memories with his son, Leonardo, and drinking great coffee. .
David Mclver
David McIver served as the Executive Director of praisefm Radio, which reaches listeners through Satellite and FM signals in the Upper Midwest, Africa, and the Middle East. David and his wife, Sherrie, also ministered with Baseball Chapel, serving the Minnesota Twins for 14 seasons.
David is the author of Looking for the One , a collection of short stories about people encountering Jesus in everyday places—grocery stores, hospitals, and dugouts. Each story equips you to walk into a room so aware of Jesus that you know who He is looking for. David’s mission is to equip ordinary people to share Jesus.
People worldwide are discovering that as you look for the one, you become like the One.

There will be a group of individuals going to the Ark Encounter on the 17th of July, 2026 at their own expense. You are welcome to join if you would like to participate. There are no group rate options for this portion of the trip.
